Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Roger's Drive In. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, and establish work schedules.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Work Setting: Restaurant.
- Supervision: 3-4 people.
- Security and Safety: Bondable.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods, attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and team player.
