The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service delivery
  • Managing store budgets, forecasting sales, and controlling costs

  • Implementing visual merchandising strategies to enhance customer shopping experience
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
  • At least 7 months of experience in a retail management or supervisory role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in using technology, including point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
  • A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
