Job Description

The Store Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail business, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes hiring and training staff, ordering merchandise, authorizing returns, establishing work schedules, selling merchandise, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment or equivalent experience

The ideal candidate will have efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organizational abilities, reliability, and the ability to work as part of a team. They will also participate in programs that support newcomers and refugees, youth employment, and Indigenous people.
