About the Role

  • Provide strategic guidance on optimizing campaign processes to maximize efficiency.
  • Design and develop foundational campaign tables in Hive and Snowflake using SQL, Python, and PySpark.
  • Integrate VWO APIs to collect new data points and evaluate campaign performance.
  • Ensure daily updates to assign fresh non-compliant users to campaigns.
  • Develop databases to support Champion/Challenger campaign strategies.
  • Enhance existing data infrastructure to automate campaign launches.
  • Set up environments for deploying Reinforcement Learning algorithms to manage campaigns.
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in a data analysis role.
  • 3+ years of experience with Python, SQL, and visualization tools like Power BI.
  • Proficient in AWS and coding with Spark/PySpark.
  • Familiar with Airflow for workflow management.
  • Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions and solve problems with strong conceptual and quantitative skills.
  • Strong business acumen, leadership skills, and integrity, with the ability to make decisive and responsible decisions.
  • Excellent communication and strategic influencing skills, with the ability to build consensus through intellect and negotiation.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
Compensation and Benefits

Estimated Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
