We are currently seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing the construction process from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a construction-related field and at least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager. They will also have experience working with various types of construction contracts and managing large-scale projects.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading player in the institutional, commercial, and industrial construction sector in Western and Northern Canada. The Project Manager will be based in Calgary, Alberta, and will be responsible for all aspects of project execution, including financial management, safety, quality control, and communications.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects successfully and will be able to lead a team to achieve operational efficiency, consistency, and excellence. They will also have excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex information and recommend innovative solutions.

Additional responsibilities of the Project Manager include:

  • Leading, building, and developing operations talent and cultural management
  • Ensuring all operational standards and processes are achieved
  • Providing elevated client care and services
  • Developing strategies to deliver results on identified project performance goals
  • Driving innovation, continuous improvement, and a lean culture

The Project Manager will report to the Director, Operations or Project Executive and will be responsible for all aspects of project closeout, including training, inspections, turn, and warranty.
