As a Director, Commercial Originations, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our large commercial business in Ontario and Western Canada. You will lead a team of Regional Directors and Analysts, overseeing relationship management, business development activities, and pipeline management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance the Equitable Bank and Commercial Finance Group brands
  • Develop and maintain productive business relationships with partners, brokers, and direct clients
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Commercial Finance Group Originations team
  • Ensure origination volume and profitability targets are achieved in Ontario and Western Canada

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10-15 years of industry experience in commercial banking and relationship management
  • Demonstrated ability to drive origination volume growth
  • Post-secondary education in business, finance, or economics
  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial banking and construction financing
