Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

At Inder's Your Independent Grocer, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary

The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff members, including grocery clerks and shelf stockers.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that tasks are completed on time.
  • Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including setting up displays of retail parts and accessories.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
