Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our cash handling team at Watershed 144 Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
Job DescriptionThis is a permanent position with a salary range of $45,000-$55,000 per year, depending on experience. You will be working in an English-speaking environment.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of retail experience and a secondary school graduation certificate. You should possess strong communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are trained to handle customer inquiries and process transactions accurately.
- Hire and train staff members to meet the needs of our customers and support the growth of our business.
- Authorize payments by cheque and manage the return of merchandise when necessary.
- Order merchandise to maintain adequate inventory levels and ensure that we meet the demands of our customers.
- Establish work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and support the growth of our business.
- Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
