We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at The Chinook Motel and Oasis Motor Inn.

About the Role:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient management of resources.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of our housekeeping team, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Inspect hotel sites and facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as required, such as maintenance, repairs, or upgrades to furnishings and equipment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Establish work schedules and monitor productivity to optimize performance.
  • Lead and motivate a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to achieve their full potential.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in hotel operations, preferably with experience in supervisory roles.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a focus on efficiency and quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to adapt to changing situations.
