We are seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences, maintaining high standards of service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services: Ensure excellent guest satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service, addressing guest concerns, and responding to feedback.
  • Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop a skilled team of staff members to deliver exceptional service and support.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue streams to drive business growth.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and security in all areas of the hotel.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or industry is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Proficiency in computer systems and equipment is also required.
