About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Electrician Apprentice to join our team at Reliance Home Comfort. As an Electrician Apprentice, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional experiences for our customers and supporting the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent Reliance Home Comfort in a professional, courteous, and customer service-oriented manner.
  • Assist Senior Electricians in diagnosing and repairing electrical problems in domestic new residential houses.
  • Perform diagnostics, repair, maintain, service, and install equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
  • Adhere to all safety rules and procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Perform general and specific equipment inspections.
  • Educate customers on electrical work in homes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all modern equipment and regulations.
  • Explain the value of Reliance Home Comfort products, services, and programs to customers.

Requirements

  • Must have completed 1 year of apprenticeship as an Apprentice Electrician.
  • Minimum 6 months of residential electric work experience is a must.
  • Must have a driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
  • Must be physically capable of performing all work required of this position.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Experience in Refrigeration, HVAC, Plumbing, and Mechanics an asset.
