Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at True Standard Construction Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, ensuring the smooth execution of projects, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt under the guidance of experienced personnel.
  • Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction, ensuring accurate placement and connection.
  • Support drilling and blasting rock on construction sites, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications, ensuring accurate and precise results.
  • Assist in demolishing buildings, following established procedures and safety protocols.
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, utilizing proper equipment and techniques.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites, ensuring safe and efficient movement of personnel and equipment.
