About the Role

This position involves designing, deploying, and optimizing cloud-native solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Azure services, DevOps practices, and infrastructure management. They should be able to work closely with development and QA teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions. Additionally, they should have strong documentation skills and be able to provide mentorship on best practices in cloud engineering and DevOps.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Azure Resource Management: Design and manage Azure resources across environments.
  2. Cloud-Native Services: Expertise in cloud-native Azure services, including Kubernetes, serverless, and containers.
  3. Infrastructure as Code: Leverage Infrastructure as Code tools such as Azure Bicep, ARM templates, or Terraform.
  4. CI/CD Pipelines: Build and maintain Continuous Delivery pipelines using Azure DevOps (YAML required).
  5. Automation Scripts: Develop automation scripts using shell scripting and one or more programming languages (Python, TypeScript, Go).
  6. Security Integration: Integrate security and code quality tools in pipelines.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Azure DevOps (including pipeline creation and management)
  • Experience managing Azure resources and application development process in production environments
  • Proficiency with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Azure Application Insights)
  • Solid understanding of networking principles and traffic management
