Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Manager to join our team at Mammoth Graphics 2020 Inc. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing staff, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Supervise and train sales associates to ensure they are meeting sales and customer service goals.
- Manage store appearance, including maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring that all displays and fixtures are properly set up.
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training new sales associates.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales goals and increase customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement visual merchandising plans to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, including those related to customer service, sales, and inventory management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
