  • We are seeking an experienced Creative Director to lead our team in conceptual development of innovative and impactful ideas, ensuring flawless execution of creative deliverables.

About the Role

  • Attend and participate fully in briefs, product group meetings, and client presentations.
  • Present creative work and rationales to the product group and client for discussion and approval.
  • Create compelling art and copy that engages the target audience and aligns with the brand's tone of voice.
  • Execute creative using modern perspectives and reliable production methods while maintaining the client's existing graphic look and brand image.
  • Partner with Production to ensure development of formats that achieve strategic objectives and maximize the production budget.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently and maintain quality and budget control throughout the process.
  • Champion the client's cause while balancing it with McCann's objectives.
  • Contribute to building a positive agency culture and relationships with other departments and clients.

Requirements

  • Must be a team player with 3+ years of experience as an Art Director.
  • Demonstrate exceptional creativity through a portfolio showcasing ideas that motivate consumers.
  • Knowledge and experience in performing on various consumer, industrial, corporate, and institutional communication assignments across multiple mediums.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive self-starter with proven experience developing progressive digital, direct, and social projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop concepts relevant to the client's objectives and distinct in their presentation.
