Restaurant Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Operations Assistant to join our team at KFC. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including managing daily tasks, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer service
  • Supervise and train restaurant staff to ensure high standards of customer service and food quality
  • Monitor and maintain restaurant cleanliness and safety standards
  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering and receiving supplies

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant or related environment
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
