Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing market solutions that have led to successful Public and Private reimbursement outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement market solutions that have led to successful Public and Private reimbursement outcomes
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as UCB Regional Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and Marketing
- Conduct detailed rebate analysis and manage public and private payer agreements
- Participate in cross-functional launch excellence meetings for new assets from an access strategy perspective
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
- 2-3+ years proven track record in market solutions
- Insight into emerging Market Access trends
- Ability to effectively work in teams, collaborate, lead by influence, negotiate, bring creative and innovative ideas to the table
