Job Title: Retail Stock Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Retail Stock Associate to join our team at Essentials Bazar. As a key member of our stockroom team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized stockroom, receiving and processing inventory, and stocking shelves to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process inventory, including checking for damage and verifying quantities
  • Stock shelves and display areas, ensuring a visually appealing and well-organized store environment
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies to management
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience
  • Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping and mopping floors
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a stockroom or retail environment an asset
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
