Position Overview

Fascicle Technologies Inc. is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the excellence of our software products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in quality assurance and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Work Environment

This role is situated within a consulting firm, where collaboration and innovation are key.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients to ascertain their requirements and expectations.
  • Design, develop, and implement effective business solutions through information systems.
  • Advise on strategies, policies, management, and service delivery related to information systems.
  • Evaluate physical and technical security vulnerabilities affecting data, software, and hardware.
  • Create and enforce policies and contingency plans to mitigate the impact of security incidents.
  • Establish and implement procedures throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Conduct thorough reviews to evaluate quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
  • Manage conflict situations effectively.
  • Utilize automated testing tools to ensure product quality.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale.
  • Execute and document the outcomes of software application tests and telecommunications systems tests.
Technical Proficiencies
  • Familiarity with Android, Linux, and various networking software.
  • Experience with Extranet, Intranet, and Internet technologies.
  • Proficient in using servers, file management software, and presentation software.
  • Knowledge of communication software, Mac OS, spreadsheets, MS Windows, and MS Outlook.
Work Experience
  • Specialization in quality assurance or control.
