Position Overview

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in quality assurance or related roles
  • Equivalent experience: Considered
Work Environment

This role is situated within a dynamic consulting firm, offering a collaborative atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients to ascertain their needs and expectations
  • Design, develop, and implement effective business solutions through information systems
  • Advise on strategies, policies, and management of information systems
  • Evaluate security risks associated with data, software, and hardware
  • Create and implement policies and contingency plans to mitigate security incidents
  • Oversee the software development life cycle by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
  • Conduct thorough reviews to evaluate quality assurance methodologies and software products
  • Address and resolve conflicts effectively
  • Utilize automated testing tools to ensure product quality
  • Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale
  • Document and execute results from software application and telecommunication systems testing
Technical Proficiencies
  • Familiarity with Android, Linux, and various networking software
  • Proficient in Extranet, Intranet, and Internet technologies
  • Experience with servers and file management software
  • Skilled in presentation and communication software
  • Proficient in Mac OS, MS Windows, MS Outlook, and spreadsheet applications
Work Experience

Experience in quality assurance or control is essential. This is a permanent position requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week, with English as the primary work language.
