Job Title: Data Platform Manager

At Ledcor Construction, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Data Platform Manager to lead our data management team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our data platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance to meet current and future business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and architecture of our data platform, ensuring efficient data storage, processing, and retrieval across databases, data warehouses, and data lakes.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive BI and analytics strategy aligning with organizational goals.
  • Manage the data platform team to identify priorities, oversee workload distribution, track progress, and ensure completion of deliverables and goals.
  • Establish procedures and processes for the ongoing maintenance and optimization of the data platform, including routine backups, updates, and performance tuning.
  • Contribute to and oversee data governance policies and procedures to ensure the integrity, security, and compliance of our data assets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Information Systems.
  • 10+ years of experience in data management, analytics, and leadership roles.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to drive data-driven strategies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as SQL, Python, or data visualization tools.
  • Proficiency in BI tools, such as Tableau and PowerBI, and data warehousing technologies.
