Le poste de Responsable financier, Unité des crimes financiers, est un rôle clé au sein de BMO Groupe financier. En tant que membre de l'équipe, vous serez chargé de la gestion financière et de la sécurité de l'organisation.

Responsabilités
  • Conseiller le secteur d'activité ou le groupe d'exploitation sur les questions financières et de sécurité.
  • Évaluer la performance financière et la situation de l'organisation.
  • Utiliser sa capacité d'influence et de négociation pour atteindre les objectifs d'affaires.
  • Recommander des solutions de gestion financière et les mettre en œuvre.
  • Travailler avec le secteur d'activité pour harmoniser les indicateurs clés de performance aux prévisions, aux initiatives et aux plans financiers.
  • Aider à l'élaboration de plans stratégiques et à l'évaluation des occasions d'affaires.
  • Cerner les tendances et les enjeux émergents pour éclairer la prise de décision.
  • Décomposer les problèmes stratégiques et analyser les données et les renseignements pour fournir des idées et des recommandations d'ordre financier.
  • Établir des relations efficaces avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.
  • Assurer la liaison entre les parties prenantes pour harmoniser les objectifs et veiller à ce que le contexte soit bien compris.
  • Soutenir l'élaboration et la mise en œuvre des initiatives stratégiques, en collaboration avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.
  • Assurer la surveillance et le suivi de la performance financière et résoudre les problèmes, s'il y en a.
  • Gérer la coordination et l'analyse des faits saillants financiers et opérationnels du secteur d'activité.
  • Assurer la coordination de la gouvernance financière, de la conformité et des rapports d'attestation, selon les besoins.
  • Examiner les renseignements financiers pour s'assurer qu'ils sont raisonnables et faire ressortir les sujets d'intérêt ou de préoccupation ou les soumettre à l'échelon supérieur.
  • Réaliser les tâches afin de procurer, en temps opportun, des services précis et efficaces.
  • Élaborer des plans de gestion du changement de différents types et de différentes portées.
Qualifications
  • Expérience professionnelle pertinente de cinq à sept ans avec diplôme d'études postsecondaires dans un domaine connexe.
  • Titre de comptable souhaitable.
  • Connaissances et maîtrise technique acquises par une importante scolarité ou expérience de travail.
  • Compétences en communication orale et écrite.
  • Compétences pour la collaboration et le travail d'équipe.
  • Compétences en analyse et en résolution de problèmes.
  • Capacité d'influence.
  • Compétences pour la prise de décisions fondées sur les données.
