About the Role

Disability Solutions is looking for a talented Pharmaceutical Account Manager to lead our Oncology sales efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing the sales potential of our product portfolio, achieving sales and related performance targets.

You will develop professional working partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to positively influence sales potential, future guidelines, funding, and positioning of products.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in negotiating and influencing within a healthcare setting to deliver agreed and measurable objectives.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and influence within a healthcare setting to deliver agreed and measurable objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to enhance sales performance and exceed territory targets.
  • Work collaboratively to understand and apply overall knowledge of healthcare industry trends, market conditions, clinical guidelines, and market access environment.
