We are seeking a highly skilled Family Medicine Specialist to join our team at Easton Place Clinic Inc. As a Family Medicine Specialist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, from infants to seniors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and document patients' medical information, including their medical history, allergies, and medications
- Conduct physical examinations and order diagnostic tests to diagnose and treat various medical conditions
- Develop and implement treatment plans to promote patients' health and well-being
- Prescribe and administer medications, as well as provide vaccinations and other medical treatments
- Provide counseling and support to patients and their families on various health and lifestyle issues
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
Requirements:
- College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP)
- Licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada (LMCC)
- Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
- Medical Council of Canada Qualifying Examination (MCCQE I and MCCQE II)
