Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at GTA Urban Development Ltd. As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, co-ordinating and scheduling activities, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise workers and projects
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities
  • Train or arrange for training
  • Estimate costs and materials
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Recommend personnel actions
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
  • Carry out statistical process control
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • Work under pressure
