  • Architectural Design: Take the lead in designing the architecture of new computing infrastructure and domain-specific chips tailored for data-intensive applications.
  • Big Data Solutions: Influence stakeholders by providing guidance on technical planning and investigation direction for Huawei's big data solutions.
  • Global Technical Leadership: Assume the role of a technical leader within our global team, leading the technical team in accomplishing end-to-end delivery and ensuring the successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Holds a BS, MSc, or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
  • Experience: Accumulates a minimum of 5 years of experience with a proven track record in delivering software-hardware codesign architecture design.
  • Skills: Possesses in-depth knowledge of designing, developing, verifying, and synthesizing hardware designs, encompassing CPU, GPU, FPGA, or ASICs. Demonstrates hands-on experience in both software and hardware development.
  • Coding Languages: Exhibits expertise in at least one coding language such as Java, C/C++, and a hardware language like VHDL/Verilog or similar low-level languages.
  • Collaboration: Exceptional ability to work effectively both individually and within a multi-zone and multi-site team, contributing seamlessly to collaborative efforts.
