Senior HR Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Manager to join our team at Qikiqtani Industry Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the HR department and ensuring that our organization's goals are met.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Consultation and Grievance Procedures: Administer and coordinate staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a fair and respectful work environment.
- HR Department Coordination: Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Daily Operations: Direct and control daily operations, including staff management, training, and development.
- Policy Development: Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Recruitment and Hiring: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Employee Development: Manage training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Communication: Oversee the development of communication strategies to ensure effective internal and external communication.
- Reporting: Oversee the preparation of reports to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Advice to Senior Management: Provide advice and guidance to senior management on HR-related matters.
- Employee Support: Respond to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
