Account Management Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Director to join our dynamic team in Montreal. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts for an iconic Canadian Brand and overseeing the successful execution of their marketing and advertising projects.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Digital and/or Integrated projects including online marketing campaigns (Banner Ads, Social, landing pages, brand and/or contest websites, etc.) and have a deep understanding of the business landscape and running a financially sound fast-paced account.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for the client's brands, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Brand Marketing Strategy: Develop a thorough understanding of brand marketing objectives, target audience, and brand identity to effectively guide and execute advertising campaigns.
- Project Planning and Execution: Collaborate with clients to define project requirements, goals, and deliverables, and translate them into actionable project plans.
- Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams, including strategy, creative, design, copywriting, and production teams, to ensure seamless project execution from inception to completion.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and address project risks, providing timely solutions to ensure project success.
- Client Communication: Regularly communicate project status, progress, and key insights to clients, ensuring transparency and managing expectations effectively.
- Post-Project Analysis: Conduct thorough post-project analysis, evaluate project performance, and provide recommendations for future improvements.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and brand marketing strategies to offer innovative solutions and maintain a competitive edge.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in account management or a similar role within advertising or marketing industries, preferably with integrated experience and production acumen.
- Proven track record of successfully managing high-profile accounts and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of business brand marketing strategies and the ability to apply them creatively.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Primarily work in office – 3 days in, 2 days out.
