Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-conscious individual to join our team as a Clothing Advisor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a loyal clientele, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our luxury menswear products, including sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing, and made-to-measure.
  • Provide personalized service to clients, including styling advice, product recommendations, and after-sales support.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, store maintenance, and other sales-related activities to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, product releases, and company initiatives to provide expert advice to clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Strong knowledge of menswear, fashion, and luxury products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
