Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Account Management: Manage and maintain existing customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the Division Manager to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Marketing Support: Support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events to promote our products and services.
- Customer Communication: Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Performance Metrics: Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
- Minimum 5 years sales experience with a proven track record of success in business development and account management.
- Familiarity with the building supply industry is a strong asset.
- Valid Driver's License is required for travel to customer sites.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills are necessary to manage multiple customer relationships and sales initiatives.
- Full-time position with a regular schedule and overtime as required.
