Job Title: Retail Sales Manager - Customer Service Expert
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Balcarres Grocery. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing daily store operations, leading a team of sales associates, and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and control daily store operations to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and sales performance.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and increase sales revenue.
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving stock, to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
