Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Balcarres Grocery. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our retail sales team and driving sales growth through effective sales strategies and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and support.
- Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Training: Provide ongoing training and development to sales associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Work Setting: Convenience store.
- Health Benefits: Health care plan.
- Language: English.
- Hours of Work: 30 to 40 hours per week.
