About the Role

We're seeking a skilled D&O Underwriter to join our growing team in Calgary or Vancouver. As a key member of our Management Liability team in the Specialty Lines department, you'll play a critical role in building a profitable portfolio of Management Liability accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze requests for quotes, renewals, and policy changes, and recommend innovative solutions to drive business growth.
  • Support brokers with underwriting and rating policies, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Develop long-term relationships with broker partners through legendary service, negotiation, and technical expertise.
  • Participate in broker visits, industry functions, and marketing events to support relationship development and business growth.
  • Provide technical advice, recommendations, and mentoring to team members, driving excellence and efficiency in the department.
