The External Guaranteed Wealth Solutions team at Manulife focuses on prospecting for new clients, rekindling relationships with advisors who have stopped supporting us, building relationships with advisors who have just begun to do business with us, and partnering with Internal Wholesalers to cover the top clients in the region.
As a senior leader, you'll be responsible for conducting direct management meetings and overall team meetings, driving sales campaigns, crafting training and development initiatives, and encouraging greater involvement and representation on behalf of the organization with key distributors, vendors, and internal groups.
You'll also represent Guaranteed Wealth Solutions at the highest level through external and inter-departmental relationships, act as a member of the Retail Distribution Leadership Team, and help set the annual team budget and ensure the team has the tools and training required to carry out their best work.
In addition, you'll establish partnerships internally with Client Services, Training and Development, Human Resources, Product, Marketing, and e-Business, Portfolio Management, Information Technology, and Telephony Team, Institutional Sales, and Business Analysts.
You'll contribute to shaping how Manulife will drive sales with this product line, craft the overall structure of the Guaranteed Wealth Solutions team, and hold the external Guaranteed Wealth Solutions team accountable through the creation of transparent performance expectations.
