Job Title: Baker - Full Time/Part Time

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at COBS Bread. As a Baker, you will be responsible for baking high-quality bread and pastries from scratch, using carefully crafted recipes and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake bread and pastries according to recipes and production schedules
  • Measure and mix ingredients, mould and shape dough, and process everything through the ovens
  • Work alongside the team to maintain a clean and organized bakery environment

Requirements:

  • Early-riser shifts start as early as 3 am
  • A positive attitude and good organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 22 kg and stand for long periods
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or bakery is considered an asset
  • Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
