Job Title: Nurse Aide

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Aide to join our team at On Time Healthcare Inc.

Job Summary:

The Nurse Aide will provide high-quality patient care and support to our clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact in the lives of others.

Responsibilities:
  • Take patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare and serve meal trays, ensuring patients' dietary needs are met.
  • Transport patients safely and efficiently, using wheelchairs or stretchers as needed.
  • Administer first aid in emergency situations, following established protocols.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and compassion.
  • Ability to lift, move, and position patients safely, following established protocols.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
