About the Role

Spark Power is seeking a highly skilled Regional Operations Supervisor - Solar Farms to join our Ontario team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day service operations and safety of customer assets in the Northern Ontario region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Oversight: Provide guidance and support to field technicians for maintenance tasks, ensuring efficient and safe execution.
  • Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement maintenance plans to improve safety, quality, and efficiency, and provide recommendations for maintenance tasks.
  • Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates to the management team on regional operations, including job quality and health and safety.
  • Client Support: Offer professional feedback and support to clients as needed, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Safety Management: Manage PPE, safety protocols, information, and implementation, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Job Quality and SOP Development: Develop, support, and manage job quality plans, JHAs, and SOPs, ensuring adherence to maintenance standards and safety documentation.
  • Crew Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule crews as required, including maintaining on-call schedules.
  • Site Safety Audits: Conduct random site safety audits and quality inspections to ensure adherence to maintenance standards and safety documentation.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Complete reports as required to document site conditions, areas for improvement, technician negligence, etc.
  • Field Troubleshooting: Provide field troubleshooting support when necessary.
  • Technician Support: Assist with technician hiring and development.
