We are seeking a Customer Experience Associate to join our team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our Canadian Banking Branch network, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, helping them achieve their financial goals, and building strong relationships with them.
Key Responsibilities- Take a proactive approach to understanding our customers' needs and providing personalized solutions
- Process day-to-day transactions and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
- Nurture long-term relationships with customers and contribute to the Branch's targets
- Stay up-to-date with Scotiabank's products and services and share knowledge with customers to help them manage their banking needs
- Proven customer service skills and experience in a sales environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and be available to work evenings and weekends
