Job Summary

Centre de Santé Saint-Boniface is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Cardiac Science Intensive Care department. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to the development of evidence-based practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet patients' needs
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practices
Requirements
  • Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba
  • Post-graduate course in Intensive Care Nursing or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
