Client Service Associate, Private Wealth

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Associate to join our Private Wealth team. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional client service, support, and administrative assistance to our Investment Advisors and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional client service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Support Investment Advisors with day-to-day administration, including scheduling meetings, preparing client reviews, and updating client records.
- Coordinate marketing activities, including website updates, social media initiatives, and client events.
- Process client transactions, including trades, transfers, and account maintenance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including database management and file organization.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and support.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, Investment Advisors, and other stakeholders.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Advanced knowledge of investment processes, administrative procedures, and proprietary products.
- Knowledge of compliance practices, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
