Job Title: Gas Station Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at K2 MART BELLEVILLE. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring a positive customer experience, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Staff: Lead and motivate a team of staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Hire and Train: Recruit, train, and develop staff members to meet the needs of our gas station.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, ensuring that our shelves are fully stocked and our customers have access to a wide range of products.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that our gas station is well-stocked and our customers have access to the products they need.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
