Job Title: Gas Station Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at K2 MART BELLEVILLE. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Staff: Lead and motivate a team of staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their job responsibilities.
  • Hire and Train: Recruit and train new staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, authorizing returns and ensuring accurate sales reporting.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
