About the Role:

United Roofing Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Roofing Foreman to join our team in Calgary. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising a crew of up to 12 workers and ensuring the successful completion of roofing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a crew of up to 12 workers
  • Conduct regular meetings with the crew to discuss project progress and address any concerns
  • Ensure all crew members are following general and safety policies, procedures, and practices
  • Oversee the completion of roofing projects, including high-end residential and large commercial projects
  • Manage project schedules and ensure timely completion
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in roofing, with a strong background in supervisory roles
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to supervise and lead a crew of up to 12 workers
  • Ability to conduct regular meetings with the crew
  • Own tools and PPE
  • Safety tickets (CSTS, WHMIS, Fall Protection, Aerial Lift, and Fit Testing)
  • Journeyman Red Seal certification preferred
  • Roofing certificates (Soprema, Sarnafil, Carlisle, Firestone, Iko, etc.)
  • Valid driver's license
