Geomatics Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Geomatics Technologist to contribute to our team's success. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in geomatics engineering, with expertise in surveying instruments, GNSS systems, remote sensing tools, and geographic information systems (GIS).
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field surveys and measurements using surveying equipment and GNSS technology.
Process geospatial data collected from various sources, including aerial imagery, LiDAR, and satellite data.
Create and manage geospatial databases to support project planning and decision-making.
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of geospatial measurements.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate geospatial information into project workflows and decision-making processes.
Requirements:
An engineering degree in Geomatics or a closely related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
Hands-on experience with surveying instruments, GNSS receivers, and remote sensing platforms.
Demonstrated proficiency in surveying software applications, such as Trimble Business Center.
Strong analytical skills, including troubleshooting geospatial data issues.
Ability to communicate effectively and lead others in geomatics engineering concepts, standards, and computations.
