Position Summary

In your role as a Fairmont Gold Team Leader at Fairmont Banff Springs, you will ensure that our guests and team members feel welcomed, appreciated, and valued within our exclusive Fairmont Gold accommodations.

  • Exhibit a dedication to providing tailored, anticipatory service that surpasses guest expectations.
  • Oversee front desk operations including check-in/out processes, auditing, and reporting.
  • Guarantee the accuracy of all Fairmont Gold bookings and maintain service excellence.
  • Deliver exceptional concierge services and insights to guests.
  • Facilitate smooth arrival and departure experiences for all guests.
  • Empower team members to effectively resolve guest service challenges.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications

Your Skills & Experience:

  • At least 1 year of prior supervisory experience in Front Desk operations.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Micros-Opera PROPERTY Manager, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Preferred graduate of Hotel Management or Hospitality programs.
  • Highly organized and results-driven.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and prioritize guest needs.
  • Physically capable of lifting luggage and assisting guests.
  • Must be legally eligible to serve alcohol in Alberta.
