About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Italian Localization QA Game Tester to join our team at PTW. As a Localization QA Game Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our video games in the Italian language.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proofread and identify Italian language errors in video games
  • Verify that console manufacturer guidelines are met
  • Write detailed reports of errors and bugs found to improve the game
  • Provide feedback on the game to enhance its overall quality
  • Ensure the game runs smoothly by identifying missing or incorrect content
  • Perform occasional translations as needed
Requirements
  • Native-level proficiency in Italian is mandatory, as the position requires a thorough understanding of the content within games in the Italian language, as specified by client requests
  • Strong cultural understanding of Italy
  • Excellent proficiency in English is essential, as the role involves comprehending and interpreting internal documentation from our esteemed international clients
  • Basic proficiency in French to facilitate communication
  • Computer literacy – particularly with Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail
