About the Role

At Allure Shade Systems Inc., we are seeking a skilled Window Installation Technician to join our team. As a key member of our installation crew, you will be responsible for installing exterior and interior prefabricated products, ensuring high-quality results that meet our customers' expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Install exterior prefabricated products in fast-paced environments.
  • Install interior prefabricated products with attention to detail.
  • Repair and service exterior and interior prefabricated products as needed.
  • Determine layout and installation procedures for efficient installations.
  • Document and prepare invoices and work orders accurately.
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment safely.
  • Supervise other workers to ensure quality control.
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms as required.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This role requires working in fast-paced environments with physically demanding tasks. You must be able to handle heavy loads, work overtime when required, and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1-7 months of experience in a related field.
  • The ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements.
