About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Advisor to join our team at HUB International Canada West ULC (Canada West). As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in helping individuals and businesses protect their most valuable assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand and advise on their insurance needs, providing personalized solutions to meet their unique requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and building trust through expert knowledge and guidance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and product offerings, ensuring you are equipped to provide the best possible advice to clients.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and retention goals, driving business growth and success.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of personal lines and auto insurance.
- Level 2 General Insurance License is an asset, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- A competitive salary range of $45,000.00 to $55,000.00, depending on experience and qualifications.
