Job Title: Human Resources Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resources Officer to join our team at ICW Immigration Services Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for providing support to our management team in all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Staffing: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements, prepare and post notices and advertisements, collect and screen applicants, and advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Employee Relations: Provide information or services, such as employee assistance and counselling, and advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
  • Benefits Administration: Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training.
  • Performance Management: Review candidate inventories, contact potential applicants to arrange interviews, and notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and repetitive tasks.
