Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Ahluwalia Logistics Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring efficient and effective supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management on supply chain performance and trends.
  • Coordinate and assign work to staff, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
  • Plan and organize training for staff to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
  • Supervise a team of 11-15 staff members in various areas of responsibility.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Initiative and reliability.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
Work Environment
